President General statement, vision “ To create a world where the divide and effect of disabilities will be meaningless and  frontiers for self esteem, self actualization and self dependence are brought to the fore – within the disability group.

MISSION : “To put up an edifice that will cater for the training, rehabilitation ,social and recreational needs of the persons with disabilities (pwds), whilst generating life sustaining means. This is bore out of the need to tailor our goals and aspirations in line with The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)
